Ampegon is a company offering excellent expertise in the field of RF amplifier systems. The systems it sells are customer-specific and in the long-term, the relevant service for these systems must be ensured. Therefore, customer acquisition plays a central role.

In order to cover these processes optimally and to have reliable key figures, Ampegon decided to launch SAP Cloud for Customer. At an early stage, a system environment was provided and the workshops for defining the processes took place. Since the objective was to realign the existing SAP system, a number of forward-looking agreements were required.

The go-live took place in August and the implementation of the service management can be addressed subsequently.

Together with Ampegon we are pleased to have implemented such a lighthouse project; we are confident that the insights gained from this can be used optimally for future projects.
